Ice Cream Festival

Today we headed to the Ice Cream Festival in Granary Square. Granary Square is part of the re-development of Kings Cross, is just outside the newly re-located Central Saint Martins building and on most weekends you can find a free event happening there. The Ice Cream festival had a small petting zoo, the opportunity to milk a fiberglass cow and a wealth of ice cream stalls. One downside to the festival was the size of the queues for the ice cream. You must invest in your choice wisely as you are likely to be queuing for at least an hour. I would even suggest taking a book or a portable board game if your queuing in a group. The festival is over the weekend and open tomorrow 2 September until 6pm.
